Wellness at The Cedars
Wellness here is focused on helping residents stay active, strong, and confident in how they move.
One of the most distinctive tools is the Biodex balance system, which is still relatively uncommon in Oklahoma senior living communities. It’s a cutting-edge tool that measures balance and fall risk against an individual baseline, giving residents specific areas to improve. This innovative system has helped reduce fall risk by roughly 35 percent.
Residents can also take part in water aerobics, a weekly neuro aerobics class, and the Empower Me therapy program.
At The Cedars, we’re proud to offer fitness and wellness programs with specialized equipment, expert guidance, and a stronger focus on maintaining mobility and independence.

Dining at The Cedars
The kitchen serves three made-from-scratch meals each day, with a chef-prepared menu that changes regularly and a few resident favorites that are always worth coming back to. Gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, low-carb, sugar-free, and other dietary needs can all be accommodated.
Guests are always welcome to join, and meals are meant to be enjoyed at an easy pace, whether you are catching up with a neighbor or sitting a little longer over coffee.
Our Location
We’re off Highway 169 in the Woodland Hills area of south Tulsa. Our quiet location is easy to find and very convenient.
Our provided transportation service runs within a 10-mile radius, which covers the great majority of medical appointments, pharmacies, shopping and social outings in this part of Tulsa.

At The Cedars, we offer a variety of one- and two-bedroom layouts, 500 to 980 square feet, with a full-size stackable washer and dryer inside most residences and a full kitchen rather than a kitchenette. The building opened in 2015, but we consistently update residences to ensure all apartments offer elevated comforts and modern amenities.
